This policy explains what personal data EngiToolbox collects, why, and how it is handled. We aim to collect only what is needed to run the service.

• Account data: your email address and, optionally, name and company.
• Saved calculations and API keys you create while signed in.
• Billing data: a customer identifier and subscription status. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Basic technical logs needed for security and reliability.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, deliver account and transactional emails, enforce plan limits, and improve the product.

4. Processors we use

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting.
• Resend — transactional and sign-in emails.
• Google — optional sign-in if you choose Google authentication.

These processors handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. Advertising shown on free tiers may use cookies provided by ad partners.

6. Data retention and your rights

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved calculations and API keys.
