1. Overview

EngiToolbox provides online engineering calculators and reference tools. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide an accurate email address.

3. Subscriptions and billing

EngiToolbox offers paid subscription plans (Pro at GBP 12 per month and Team at GBP 49 per month). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard via the “Manage billing” portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in GBP and may change with reasonable notice.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@contact.engitoolbox.org and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, bypass usage limits, scrape at abusive rates, or access it in violation of applicable law. API access is subject to the request limits of your plan.

6. Engineering disclaimer

All calculations and reference data are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always verify results against your project codes, standards, and safety requirements. EngiToolbox is not liable for decisions made based on outputs from the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngiToolbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
